Artist Statement

I have always made stuff, I studied printmaking, design and fine art at different times in my life, It’s the making that I enjoy, the hands-on effort of creating something. I make books because I like the process, from choosing the cover material to laying out the pages. I love Printmaking and painting, they are so expressive, the layers and the colours are passionate. My latest work is about Nourish and has concluded in a series of hand-made spoons. The symbol of sustenance assembled and made from found objects.

Many spoons all hand made with the hope of positive outcomes.
