Artist Statement

I am an artist based in the Peak District, currently resident at Milestone Gallery studios in New Mills and a member of Hot Bed Press in Salford. My work is deeply inspired by the natural world and a strong sense of place. Through painting, printmaking, and other creative processes, I explore themes of migration, heritage, and personal transformation. My art is often described as evocative, playful, and emotional. It is frequently layered and leaning towards abstraction, creating connections with the viewer’s own memories and experiences.
