I am a contemporary botanical and natural world artist, a fellow of the Society of Botanical Artists and have been a regular Wirksworth visiting artist. I have exhibited with the Society of Botanical Artists (receiving awards for my artwork), the Royal Society of British Artists, the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, the Society of Women Artists and Royal Horticultural flower shows.
From my Cheshire based studio, and inspired by the changing seasons, I paint primarily in watercolour, which perfectly suits the delicate form, colour and texture of the subject matter, capturing the natural world accurately but honestly. In collaboration with local businesses I produce a range of botanical style products including prints, cushions, candles, mugs, bags and cards.
