I have been working as a silversmith since 2005, and moved into my current studio at Sharpe’s Pottery Museum, Swadlincote, South Derbyshire in 2021.
My work is characterised by its ‘organic’ style, with stylised leaf type forms present in my work. I use the specialist technique of fold forming to create my jewellery and silverware. Each piece is handmade, giving a truly individual, organic shape.
I am passionate about sharing this wonderful craft with others. I have written two instructional books, ‘Making Silver Jewellery’ and ‘Fold Forming for Metalsmiths and Jewellers’ and I teach creative silversmithing workshops at my studio.
