My work is inspired by the patterns and textures of the landscape and the way light falls on different surfaces.
I love mark-making and draw in my sketchbook whenever possible. I enjoy experimenting with
homemade inks such as seaweed, coffee, dandelion and walnut as well as a combination of bleach.
Many of my original hand pulled prints are combined with stitch, usually on Fabriano or small sheets of deckled Artway paper.
Recently I have created collaged pieces that use torn or cut original prints within them, as well as stitch and drawing.
I produce jewellery and gift items depicting my abstract prints and paintings.
