" I'm using a bushcraft knife and learnt the safe ways to use it. In the picture I'm whittling and making a 'Wizard's Wand'. I sharpened a point and made designs in the bark. I wished I could have stayed all day."

"The picture shows me lighting a fire bushcraft style. The spark or ignition came from a Fire Striker which is a magnesium rod and steel striker. I made tinder from pine sap wood, kindling was Ash which burns really well. It was exciting and a fantastic sense of achievement. "

"I'm sitting on a log next to the stream. I can hear water gurgling over the rocks and birds singing- Ecotherapy in action! That's me using a wooden mallet and small splitting froe making sticks for the campfire. Great! I want to do this again and again! "
