Recent bandes dessinées inspired work includes a full length comic book featuring my creation Herman Rickety, an undeservedly successful sleuth. Other subjects are classics of folklore, literature, including science fiction, and caricature: political, often retro, and personal. In vivid colour and strong lines, these are produced with paint, pens and pencils, both conventional and digital.  All escape readily onto a variety of merchandise from pin badges, t shirts and tea towels as well as the conventional print and greeting card, for wearable and usable art.
